Where are my items from?

For overseas livestreams, we procure our products directly from Duty Free shops and brand boutiques in various countries, at the very scene of filming. For website listed products, they are direct from our partner brands as well as from Duty Free shops.

Why do I have to get ticket to view Luxury brand livestream?

Our Xclusive closed door livestreams are designed for a more personalized shopping experience. Viewer group size is controlled to a maximum of 50 viewers so that we will be able to address every enquiries and requests you have in mind.

How are Luxury brands cheaper in BorderlessX than in retail?

We have exclusive vendor partnership/discounts/membership for these brands which we are extending to our customers.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, simply fill in some basic information to get started and by registering once you can save your details for quicker future checkouts.

Can I returns / exchanges / refunds an item?

Please contact us at support@borderlessx.sg for the following cases:

• If the item received is different from your order (i.e. wrong colour, size);
• If the item is expired

We will arrange for an exchange or refund for the above cases.

However, we are unable to accommodate returns / exchanges / refunds for the following
items due to hygiene purposes:

• Any food items that are opened;
• Any item described with cosmetic defects;
• All skincare items that has been used or opened from manufacturer’s sealed packaging

What is the shipping fees?

Standard Local (Singapore) Shipping fees of S$5.00 for orders below 2kg, additional S$1.50 applies for each supplementary kg.

Free delivery for orders over S$80 for Standard Local (Singapore) Shipping.

Currently we only ship to the following countries outside of Singapore via DHL at a flat fee of S$20:

• West Malaysia
• Thailand
• Indonesia
